Inua Empowerment Collective provides practical education, individualized support, skill development, and connections to resources that help individuals move forward from challenging circumstances and work toward greater stability, independence, and self-sufficiency.
The Inua Rise Program combines individualized coaching with group education focused on employment, education and skills, financial empowerment, life skills, and resource navigation. Each participant works with a facilitator to develop an Individual Success Plan tailored to their goals and circumstances.
Inua addresses several interconnected areas that influence a participant's ability to move forward — because stability requires more than just one thing.

Connections to community resources, technology support, workforce and educational referrals, and individualized barrier support.
Follow-up contacts at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months after graduation, plus alumni engagement and continued resource connections.
