Inua addresses several interconnected areas that influence a participant's ability to move forward — because stability requires more than just one thing.

Workforce Readiness

Resume development, interview preparation, job-search strategies, mock interviews, and workplace communication coaching.

Financial Empowerment

Budgeting, saving strategies, credit education, banking basics, and financial goal-setting with practical activities.

Education & Skill Development

GED preparation referrals, certification pathways, vocational training connections, and postsecondary education guidance.

Life Skills Development

Communication, time management, decision-making, problem-solving, workplace behavior, and personal responsibility training.

Resource Navigation

Connections to community resources, technology support, workforce and educational referrals, and individualized barrier support.

Post-Program Support

Follow-up contacts at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months after graduation, plus alumni engagement and continued resource connections.

Building Confidence, Skills, and Opportunity

Every contribution helps create opportunities, support education, and build stronger communities. Together, we can make a lasting impact.
