12-Week Empowerment Program

The Inua Rise Program

Building confidence, skills, and opportunity through individualized coaching and group education in employment, education, financial empowerment, life skills, and resource navigation.

How It Works

Your path through the program

Every participant moves through a structured process — from intake and assessment to graduation and long-term follow-up.

Week 1 — Intake & Assessment

Complete intake, a barrier assessment, and identify strengths, immediate needs, personal goals, and priorities.

Weeks 1-2 — Individual Success Planning

Work one-on-one with an Inua facilitator to build an Individual Success Plan covering personal, employment, education, financial, and life-skills goals, along with barriers, action steps, and needed resources.

Weeks 2-11 — Coaching & Group Education

Participate in individual coaching sessions and group workshops covering workforce readiness, financial empowerment, education and skill development, and life skills.

Week 6 — Midpoint Review

Review progress, measure changes, identify remaining barriers, and adjust goals and services as needed.

Week 12 — Graduation

Repeat relevant assessments, measure skill and confidence changes, review goals, document accomplishments, and establish a post-program plan.

90 Days → 6 Months → 12 Months — Follow-Up

Inua maintains contact through structured follow-ups to measure longer-term outcomes and continued progress.
